12月3日,伊莉莎白瓷砖研习社社长品牌市场部经理王飞率领着社团三位讲师亲临山西太原,为本次来自山西运城,长治,太谷,平遥,太原 ,忻州 ,襄垣,  临汾,祁县,隰县 ,侯马 ,襄汾等多地的学员进行了两天一日的赋能培训。

培训期间,为了激励学员积极学习和提升团队凝聚力,整场培训采取了分组PK的形式,通过课堂表现积分和学习后的理论知识考核,最终对每支队伍进行了成绩排名,对表现优异的团队给予了现金奖励,对所有通过考核的每一位学员颁发了结业证书。
